By booking a session, purchasing a package, or enrolling in a membership with Gracepoint Coaching ("we," "us," "Grace"), you agree to the terms below.
Services Gracepoint Coaching offers leadership coaching, evolutionary astrology readings, and combined coaching-and-astrology packages, delivered via one-on-one sessions (virtual and/or in person) and, for membership clients, email and chat support.
Payments
The Discovery Call, Single Sessions, and Membership are billed at the time of booking.
The 6-Session Package may be paid in full upfront, or split into two equal payments — one at signup, one three months later.
Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled.
All prices are listed in USD.
Cancellations & Rescheduling [This needs your actual policy — here's a reasonable default to start from:]
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Sessions cancelled or missed with less notice are charged a $25 cancellation fee. Pre-paid sessions will not be refunded for missed session or late cancellation.
Refunds
The Discovery Call fee is non-refundable. Package payments are non-refundable once the first session has taken place, though unused sessions may be credited toward future work. Membership may be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds are issued.
Membership Terms
Membership includes one live session every three months plus email/chat support (Monday–Friday, responses within one business day). Support is intended for brief check-ins and questions between sessions, not as a substitute for a full session. The quarterly session does not roll over if unused. Membership is available only to clients who have completed a 6-Session Package, is billed month-to-month, and may be cancelled at any time effective at the next billing cycle.
Confidentiality
What you share in sessions is kept confidential and won't be shared with third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm to you or others. Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship in the way that therapy or legal counsel is — if you need that level of protection for a specific matter, please consult an appropriate licensed professional.
Intellectual Property
All website content, program materials, session frameworks, and the "Gracepoint" methodology are the property of Gracepoint Coaching and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gracepoint Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
